What is the Back 2 School Rally?

The Back 2 School Rally began in 2008 and is a local effort to meet the needs of children and teachers in the local school systems of Watauga. It is a HUGE undertaking that provides approximately 1,000 backpacks filled with school supplies for local elementary students.
