Family On Mission

FBC Watauga is a Family on Mission for Christ. We are called to Exalt Jesus all of the time, Equip believers until the end of time and to Evangelize the lost one at a time.

Acts 1:8 says "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." FBC Watauga has committed to be an "Acts 1:8 church". This means that everything we do serves to fullfil this vision. The following are some of the ways that we are reaching out to our Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and to the ends of the earth.

Jerusalem (Watauga) Annual Sharing CHRISTmas Annual Back 2 School Rally Judea (Texas) Bears On A Mission - Meets the 1st Tuesday of each month.  Contact the church office for more info. Samaria (North America) Dakota Parnership - FBCW has partnered with missionaries in South Dakota to support their ongoing ministry. Annie Armstrong - Each year our church participates in the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering and Week of Prayer for North American missions (which will be March 2-9, 2008). Ends of the Earth (everywhere else) Unidos - Lima, Peru Lottie Moon - Every December, FBCW participates in the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering and Week of Prayer for International missions. This year our church raised over $11,000 for the Lottie Moon Christmas offering.
