On Sunday evenings this fall, Br. Dennis will be teaching a course on Marriage & Family from a Biblical perspective. This is an 11 week study that will begin September 13th. We will use God, Marriage and Family by Andreas J. Kostenberger as our textbook to guide us through the important Biblical teachings. Though the textbook is not required, those who wish to study this subject in depth may find it helpful.
This study will provide an important roadmap to help navigate many of the questions about marriage and family that are plaguing modern society. We will survey eleven primary topics including: Marriage in the Old Testament, Marriage in the New Testament, the Nature of Marriage, Family in the Old Testament, Family in the New Testament, Parenting in Today’s World, Singleness, Homosexuality, Divorce & Remarriage, Faithful Husbands (qualifications for leadership), and Learning to be the Family of God.
Children’s choir is open to children 3 years of age through the 5th grade. We will be preparing for our Christmas performance which will be on December 13th.
Youth discipleship is open to students grades 6th-12th. We will be series by Ed Newton entitled, My 8. This study will help students understand both the heart and how-to of evangelism, challenging them to share their faith out of a deep desire to see the lost come to a saving faith in Jesus Christ.

F.B.I. is open to female students, grades 6th-12th. Sharon Ownsbey will lead a study of a book entitled Faithful One, which will examine 1 & 2 Thessalonians.
